Policies

At Mar-Schell's Music, a registration fee is not required.  However, we do ask that the first and last months (four lessons) tuition be paid upon enrollment.

One month's notice of lesson termination is requested (the last month's tuition is held in this consideration).

A $3.00 late charge will apply if tuition is not paid within the first week of each month.  For your convenience, we accept post-dated cheques.

Tuition is non-refundable.

Tuition will not be refunded for missed or cancelled classes. Rather, a make-up lesson will be scheduled.

When 24 hours of notice is given for lesson cancellation, a make-up lesson will be arranged at a time convenient for the student and the instructor.  Without 24 hours of notice, no make-up lesson will be granted and the student will be charged for the lesson.

Student's progress is monitored through the use of a Practice Record Book.

Mar-Schell's offers a 10% Senior's discount on tuition.

A discount of 10% is offered when tuition is paid for 10-12 months upon enrollment.
